do you guys know of anyone who would make a body for a double neck P-bass? yes just a plain ol' 4 string P-bass my first true love. i've contacted warmoth but they say no, so i thought ya'll might have some ideas that might not break the bank.
ps haven't posted in a while just trying to keep up with life & insanity. idiot2

I'll ask around. I've always had a yen for a double neck.

I think one of the coolest I saw was a Hohner or a Yamaha. can't remember now but it was put out at the height of the Steinberger craze and was a double headless 4, one fretted and one fretless. totally wicked.

i was hoping to spend under $500 for the body. looking at warmoth they have a P/strat for $329 or so, but after contact with them they double neck bass is like rehab they say no no no. just had thought maybe get body already shaped just not routed then i would just need someone who could do the routing. i don't know? very fustrated with the whole deal.
off subject replaced low F# string & went to a high A#, i feel more comfortable with B on the bottom but starting to have doubts about wanting to go with more than a 4 string with a d-tuner? ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh who knows i'm still questing the GRAIL! idiot2
